Calibration Equipment

A pressure calibrator is among several process instruments that require accuracy and reliability. Manufacturers of this tool include Fluke, GE Measurement & Control, Fluke Calibration, Meriam and Martel Electronics will display those two important qualities. There are various type of process instruments including electrical/process, pressure and temperature calibrators. Multifunction documenting process calibrators offer HART communication, measure and source voltage, current, RTD, thermocouples, frequency and ohms to test your process equipment. Electrical/process calibrators measure and source voltage and current, and are commonly called loop calibrators. They help in the determination of the electrical signals running through your process equipment. Temperature calibrators are available as handheld thermocouple and RTD meters, calibration baths, metrology wells, infrared calibrators or reference thermometers or with integral pumps, deadweight testers or hand pumps. The model with internal pumps can generate pressures up to 10,000 psi with external pressure modules for high pressure applications. Deadweight testers create pressure (up to 10,000 psi) by applying weights to the system and checking the gauge pressure readout. Hand pumps are available as pneumatic or hydraulic.
