Dosimeters

A noise dosimeter is designed to measure a person’s exposure to sound over a period of time. In order to comply with OSHA and other agency regulations, a sound survey needs to be done. A noise dosimeter is small enough and light enough to be worn through a worker’s shift. The noise dosimeter captures the sound dose and stores the values for download and analysis. Select from type 1 or 2 accuracy class depending on your requirements. Some models have additional features such as rechargeable batteries, IP-rated housing, intrinsic safety, datalogging, USB or RS-232 output, and analysis software with noise dose indices calculations and time history profiling.
