Davis Instruments has a great selection of pressure test gauges for the instrument engineer, quality specialist, and metrology lab technician. Our test gauges can be used as a transfer standard for periodically checking the accuracy of pressure instruments or as a laboratory instrument for research and test labs. Our test gauge for process
applications and metrology labs are excellent where high accuracy in pressure measurement is essential.
Analog and digital test gauges are available in dial sizes ranging from 3" pocket-size all the way up to 12". Davis Instruments has the test gauge to meet your accuracy requirements as well. Choose gauges with 0.5%, 0.25% or 0.1% accuracy. Additionally, some of our test gauges comply with ASME B.40.1, Grade 4A or 2A specifications. We carry the top brands, including Ashcroft and Wika, to make your test gauge selection even easier.
Don't Forget the Calibration
Davis Instruments has partnered with Innocal to provide instrument calibration services that are traceable to NIST. Innocal is accredited to ISO 17025 by A2LA, and with over a decade of service, they've helped thousands of customers meet ISO, FDA, EPA, GLPs/cGMPs and other quality standards. Innocal will certify your new or existing instrument traceable to NIST standards.

For process applications, select a gauge with a full scale pressure range of approximately twice the normal operating pressure. The maximum operating pressure should not normally exceed 75% of the full range. For laboratory applications, where cycling is less frequent, the range of the test gauge may be the same as that of the instrument under test.
To ensure long life and accurate readings, pressure gauges should not be exposed to process or ambient temperatures over 150°F.
