The mixing elements inside the pipe and tube mixers are securely attached to the walls of the mixer so that internal pressure changes cannot collapse elements and stop flow.
Disposable In-line Static Mixers are ideal for your one-time mixing applications. These disposable polyacetal mixers are available unmounted or mounted in polypropylene tubing. Adjust unmounted mixer lengths to get optimal mixing action -shorten by cutting or extend by using more than one mixer. An unmounted static mixer can be used with any standard tubing which has the same ID as the mixing element OD. A mounted static mixer can be used with any compression fitting with the same tubing OD.

All mixers have threaded ends with a choice of NPT connections up to 2". Available in materials including PVC, PTFE and stainless steel. These mixers are designed for blending light-viscosity treatment chemicals into a water stream. Each mixer is constructed of schedule 80 PVC and has four fixed, solid PVC mixing elements. Maximum working pressure is 150 psi. Connections are 150-lb raised face flanged ends.Note: these mixers are designed for high flow rates. They use four elements instead of six to minimize pressure loss.
