By definition a humidity transmitter measures humidity and then transmits those measurements to another setting. Making sure your humidity transmitter is fully functional includes having accurate, sturdy and high-performing calibration equipment. The Davis Instruments' website features the HUMILAB brand of humidity generators and calibration chambers for relative humidity calibration equipment. Ensure the accuracy of your equipment, and remain compliant by providing timely calibrations on percent relative humidity (%RH) measurements of your equipment. The HUMILAB NIST-traceable systems facilitate cost-effective calibrations of humidity sensors, probes, and transmitters, recorders, and data loggers. The HUMILAB systems are continuously monitored by a chilled mirror hygrometer and a precision RTD, and are water jacketed for exceptional thermal stability. The relative humidity generators and calibration chambers are highly repeatable instruments, and are also sufficiently sized for several test articles at once. The water jacket may be connected to a temperature-controlled water bath/circulator to provide standardized test conditions. The test chamber has been thermally mapped to confirm excellent temperature uniformity (below the +/-0.1 degree C). The HUMILAB system includes analog and digital outputs (RS232) to facilitate data logging and recording into an Excel format on your computer.
