    Characteristics: Polyethylene liner cross-linked to ethyl vinyl acetate shell. No plasticizers. Nontoxic and nonhemolytic. Needs no connectors—heat-bondable. Translucent.
    Certification: Resin is FDA-compliant (liner: 21 CFR 177.1520; shell 21 CFR 177.1350). Meets USP Class VI, USDA, and National Formulary requirements.
    Temperature range: –60 to 200°>F (–51 to 93°>C)

        This is a rigid tubing and will not support a barbed fitting, making hose clamps generally unnecessary. We would encourage the use of compression-type fittings for this tubing.

        Bev-A-Line tubing has a Shore D rating of 80 and is a stiff tubing, so nylon hose clamps cannot stop flow. A compression fitting such as 06381-90 would be more suitable for your application.
