DataNet is a 16-bit system for direct measurement and recording of PT-100, thermocouple (J, K, T), voltage, current, frequency, and pulse. Data transmission from units to the central computer utilizes the brand new ZigBee wireless telemetry protocol. ZigBee wireless protocol uses a 2.4 GHz license-free frequency RF Band.

Receiver/Repeater
The primary function of this unit is to receive the signal from all the dataloggers and send them to your PC via a USB cable. However, it also has a Repeater function for dataloggers in distant areas of the facility where it can be configured to act as a signal relay between them and another Receiver unit. Keep in mind, each DataNet unit also serves as a transmission repeater to neighboring units, forming a reliable mesh network of up to 65,000 units, so to use the Repeater functionality, these units would need to be isolated quite a distance away from any other dataloggers.

Dataloggers
There are three versions of the datalogger: 1.) DataNet logger with 4 external sensor inputs for 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 1 V, Pulse Counter, PT100 2-wire, and Thermocouple J, K and T. 2.) DataNet RH/Temperature logger also has 4 external inputs as well as built-in temperature and humidity sensors. 3.) Mini DataNet logger that only has the internal temperature and humidity sensors. You can mix-n-match the models of dataloggers based on the applications being monitored in your system.

Mini DataNet
Mini DataNet is a single and dual channel data monitoring system which reduces potentially redundant costs of the four-channel monitoring system. There is a dual channel version with internal temperature and humidity sensors for cost effective data acquisition or a single channel version which supports an external NTC sensor, providing an easily extended solution. Mini DataNet run up to 10 months on a single battery.

Software
The DataNet software package will help you configure each datalogger's monitoring parameters through set-up Wizard procedure which allows you to set their limit values, measuring cycles and individual measuring tasks.

DataNet Software provides security for your products with online monitoring and control. The software is Windows® based and can display data in numeric or graphical form. It is capable of on-line retrieval and display of data in real-time. You can export and import spreadsheets to manipulate data and display in chart form. Conveniently updgrade your software with an on-line firmware update as they are issued.
