The 1523 and 1524 are not just basic hand held thermometers, but in fact are highly pricse reference thermometers. These rugged thermometers are designed for engineers and technicians that want accuracy and versatility in an easy to use package. Use them with RTD's (PRTs), thermocouples, and thermistors probes to read, document, and visually trend temperature data. Each unit uses a smart LEMO connector that automatically loads calibration coefficients unique to each probe for easy and accurate plug and play operation. Two models are available distinguished by the number of channels they measure and data logging capability. Includes a free software program that makes it easy to download logged data and program new calibration coefficients.
