  • Q:

Do the single basket strainers have three threaded connection, so a threaded pipe and drain valve can be installed on it? What is the preferred flow through the strainer for unloading from a chemical delivery truck (straight flow through or top to bottom?)

There are 3 threaded connections. Using the two at the top would allow the third at the bottom to be used as a drain connection. There would not be any option for a drain if one of the top and the bottom port were used. If there is a port not being used it can be plugged with the supplied plug.
