      Is there a temperature compensation chart for "Conductivity calibration standard, 30,100 mhos, NIST traceable by Myron L Company"? The bottle states to test at 25°C, but our standard is always right around 21°C and we wanted to avoid warming standard to achieve 25°C.

        A:

        There aren't any charts available for this particular standard. Many conductivity meters provide temperature compensation automatically. I'd suggest first verifying that you meter doesn't have the ability to automatically compensate before making any adjustments. If you meter doesn't have the ability, the rule of thumb is 2% per degree C or you can use the equation presented in our technical library to more accurately find your revised conductivity.

      We currently use Myron L conductivity standrds, the 445 uS and the 30.10mS. We need to bracket our measurements with our standards and we are now measuring a solution with a 8-9uS range. Are there any Myron L standards that are in this range?

        The lowest conductivity Myron L has is the 23.8uS, part number 01489-90. For a solution close to what you will be testing please take a look at 00652-24.

      I need conductivity standard solution calibration buffers in the 100,000 microsiemen and 200,000 microsiemen ranges for ISO calibrations. I don't see this in your product list. Is this available from Cole Palmer?

        Please use part numbers 000652-54 and 00652-17 for the NIST/ISO 17025 A2LA traceable 100,000 uS and 200,000 uS standards respectfully.
