We suggest calling in to set up the return of a thermometer, or the order of a new unit, so that you may request specific points through the range of the thermometer you require calibration at. We can add the points needed onto the notes of the order so the calibration technicians know what is needed.
If fax or emailing the order in, please be sure to mention (in bold) the needs on the PO. However, phone is still preferred for orders with calibrations on them.
