If your experiment or process relies on pressure and vacuum measurements, make sure these instruments remain precise through regular calibrations. InnoCal® performs NIST-traceable pressure calibrations on absolute, gauge, and vacuum measuring instruments from:
    • Gauge, Absolute and Differential Pressure from 0 to 20,000 psig (1.38 mPa)
    • Vacuum from 0 to 29.2 in. Hg (986 mBar)
    • Barometric pressure from 700 to 1100 mBar
We can calibrate all styles of pressure and vacuum equipment including analog/dial gauges, digital gauges, transducers and transmitters, pressure calibrators, manometers, barometers, deadweight testers, and pressure comparators. InnoCal services all major brands of pressure equipment including Ashcroft®, WIKA®, Crystal Engineering, Fluke®, Druck, GE Sensing, Cole-Parmer®, Extech®, 3D Instruments, and many more!
    To meet your calibration needs:
    • All calibration certificates contain as-found and as-left data, estimated measurement uncertainties (emu’s), and test uncertainty ratios (TUR’s) at no additional cost!
    • This NIST-traceable calibration allows you to confirm that the specific asset you purchase meets the manufacturer’s published specification
    • EPA, USDA, ISO, and GLP/GMPs standards require regular NIST-Traceable calibration of all test equipment being used in critical applications, FDA compliant
    • Receive your product calibrated and ready to use rather than sending it to a third-party or internal calibration lab and incurring additional delays
All measurements reported are traceable to SI units via national standards maintained by NIST and performed in compliance with ANSI Z540, ISO17025, and MIL-STD-45662A. InnoCal is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) under certificate number 1746.01. This accreditation is your assurance that the calibration is performed in a qualified, controlled laboratory.

    • Q:

I have several Vaisala PT330 and PTB220's. I work for N.O.A.A. and we have 15 Vessels which use these Vaisiala Digtial Barometers. I need NIST traceable with Certificate for these (2) models and this is the Federal government which uses the data for Scientific data collection modeling. Do you currently calibrate to NIST standards for the Vaisala Barometers? Do you allow Federal Purchase card to used for payment?

    Druck DPI 740 Calibration Experience

Comments about InnoCal NIST-Traceable Calibration; Barometer/Barograph:

I recently purchased a used Druck DPI 740 pressure meter. It has an accuracy of 0.02% FS or +/-0.004 inHg. Curious to know if the instrument still met it's advertised accuracy and was still in calibration I started looking for a lab to have it calibrated. Cole-Parmer came up with an internet search with an advertised price for a pressure meter calibration which was within my budget. I continued to shop around and requested quotes from two other outfits, one seemed to laugh me off (not a good business practice, they don't know how much money I'm willing to spend) the other submitted a price over twice the Cole-Parmer rate.

All correspondence was prompt, courteous and well-coordinated.

Total time from when item shipped until it was returned was 10 days, including 6 days of shipping.

The calibration report appears accurate without omissions.

I use this instrument for hobby purposes only. I don't know if I will ever have it calibrated again, but if I did I would use this company.

Comments about InnoCal NIST-Traceable Calibration; Barometer/Barograph:

Kirkbu states his instrument weas well out of calibration becuase it didnt match the pressure from the local airport. However the QNH from the local airport is corrected to sea level. The absolute pressure at that local airport would be lower, because it is higher than sea level.
The unit does not know its altitude, it is onlt measuring pressure, so you would have to calculate the pressure corrected to sea level from your known altitude to compare it to the local airport. the pressure of 9## mb wis probably correct at the altitude Kirkbu is placed.

Comments about InnoCal NIST-Traceable Calibration; Barometer/Barograph:

I had need of a portable, digital barometer and this looked good to me...however, it arrived with dead batteries. I installed two new batteries and the unit displayed 930mb/27in/hg on the barometer...which would, in real life, be worse than the storm of the century....if real, but local airport showed 1013mb/29.9in/hg. Contacted Cole Parmer and was told if you remove battery, the unit lost cal constants...not found anywhere in owner manual/docs...Cole Parmer offered to re- calibrate at no cost if sent back...returned unit and when it returned, the unit says, again, 930mb/27in/hg...unit is worthless to me in this condition and will return. Also, calibration certificate shows all in tolerance and accurate...not so with unit...
