    • Q:

I am considering your tachometer calibration services and noticed one of the reviewers complaints. Have you updaed your calibration certificate to include the accrediting body and your lab number?

        A:

All of our calibration certificates are ISO17025 and ANSI Z540.1 compliant and InnoCal is accredited to ISO17025:2005 by A2LA. If you need A2LA’s logo on the certificate, you should order an accredited certificate which requires also adding sku number 17100-03 to your order.

Comments about NIST-Traceable Calibration; Tachometer (contact):

The calibration certificate does not display the accrediting bodies logo, the lab code or reference to the labs 17025 accreditation. For my use the certificate has no value without this information. I contacted the calibraton lab and requested a revised cal. cert. with this info, it has been over 3 weeks and I still have not received the revised cert. as promised.
