These modular filters are the high-efficiency answer to your compressed air filtration needs. The filter housing is Alocrom-treated aluminum with a high-quality dry powder epoxy finish. Housings carry a 10-year warranty under normal operating conditions. These filters meet or exceed the latest International ISO 8573.1 air quality standard.
Prefilters are deep bed pleated oleophobic nanofiber delivering particle removal down to 1 micron—including water and oil aerosols. Maximum remaining oil aerosol content is 0.5 ppm at 70°F (0.6 mg/m3 at 21°C).
Microfilters are deep bed pleated oleophobic nanofiber delivering particle removal down to 0.1 micron—including water and oil aerosols. Maximum remaining oil aerosol content is 0.1 ppm at 70°F (0.01 mg/m3 at 21°C).
Activated Carbon Filters use a deep-bed activated carbon element to adsorb vapors, gaseous hydrocarbons, and odors; cartridges also enhance residual oil removal when used in combination with microfilters. Maximum remaining oil vapor content is 0.003 ppm at 70°F (0.003 mg/m3 at 21°C).
Use optional mounting clamps to join adjacent filters mounted in series. Mounting clamp also functions as a wall-mounting bracket to minimize associated hardware.
