The UTG-1500 is a lightweight ultrasonic thickness gauge designed for versatility and easy-use while being rugged enough to operate in harsh environments. Utilizing the latest in micro computer circuitry, this meter offers a combination of high accuracy and resolution with a quick measurement time over a wide range. The non-destructive piezoelectric transducers are capable of measuring any material — metallic and non-metallic — that sounds waves can travel through, and as long as the object has parallel top and bottom surfaces.
