ABS plastic enclosures are molded out of light gray material with UL94-HB flammability rating, and clear doors are polycarbonate plastic with UL94-V0 flammability rating. Plastic enclosures feature non-metallic hinges and snap-action closing latches. All three models have gasketed door for NEMA seal rating. Internal mounting bosses enable PCBs, process controls, and electrical junctions to be easily mounted within the enclosures. In order to maintain NEMA 4X rating, cable glands must be used when cables enter or exit the enclosure.
