Protect your workers from the effects of extreme heat with these portable, easy-to-use heat stress monitors. Intrinsically safe monitors measure Dry Bulb (DB), Wet Bulb (WB), Globe Temperature (GT), Relative Humidity (RH), and Heat Index (HI). Monitors instantly compute indoor and outdoor WBGT (Wet Bulb/Globe Temperature). View individual temperatures or indices in either °C or °F on the LCD front panel. Units operate in English, French, Spanish, Italian, and German (user selectable) to obtain readings. Monitors also have a 1000 Ω Pt RTD temperature sensor and integrated circuit with capacitive polymer humidity sensor to ensure accurate readings. Model 86415-20 features RS-232 datalogging capabilities and parallel printer outputs to record and print measurements in intervals of 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
What’s included: control module, sensors, calibration kit, one 9 V battery, manual, and hard carrying case. (Model 86415-20 also includes RS-232 interface for printer or computer.)
