Model RVA801 is a lightweight, robust and simple to use rotating vane anemometer that provides accurate and reliable readings every time. Ideal for HVAC commissioning at grilles, ducts and diffusers. The RVA801 displays readings in metric or imperial units.

    What is the output for this anemometer?

      A:

      The meter is not able to output to anything. For a model that can output to your PC you would need the 10508-74. You can put that part number into the search box on our website to view the item.

    Are these compatabile with cleaning products such as Biocides and IPA?

      A:

      A clean damp cloth should be used to wipe the instrument case. Do not bend, touch, or wipe blades; accuracy will be affected. The casing would not be compatible with IPA and has not been tested with biocides.

      No, this unit is not intrinsically safe. The 10374-59 and 32044-81 models are.

    What is the velocity range. We are looking for instrument capable of measuring air velodity in the range of 0.3 to 1 m/s with good accuracy.

      You will see the velocity range specified in feet per minute in a previous post. This converts to 0.25 to 30 m/s. The dimensions are 3.4"W x 11"H x 2.6"D.
