Q: Does the EW-23029-81 Temperature/Humidity Paperless Recorder initially come with a NIST calibration document? Asked on 8/26/2009 by Wayne from Orange, California Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: The 23029-81 does not come with an NIST calibration document initially. This must be ordered with the instrument at the time of order. Please include the following part number (17030-20) when ordering the recorder if you should want this to be NIST calibrated. Answered on 8/26/2009 by Jaime from Technical Support A: I have purchased one of these in the past. They are very nice units. If you want a NIST traceable certificate of calibraion with the purchase you can get it but it cost extra and extends the lead time a little bit. When ordering you will have to include an additional line item on you purchase order stating you want the NIST Certificate and I believe they have an order number for that as well which you can find on the website or by calling them. Cole-parmer is excellent with answering any questions on the phone. You may have to push a couple of numbers on your phone to get the department you want but everyone I have ever talked to is very knowledgeable about their products. I have several coleparmer products. Answered on 12/2/2009 by Mr Calibration from Grand Rapids, MI.

Q: Question:
It would seem that this item would already come with MFG Calibration Cert in Temp and RH at the time of purchase. Is that correct? Asked on 7/22/2009 by tom Kaczorowski Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: This unit comes with a factory certificate that is not signed or serialized, and only matches the specifications listed in the instruction manual.
