Accuracy of ±0.01% of reading | This loop calibrator is an essential tool for loop testing, instrument maintenance and valve set-up. The easy to read display with menu-driven interface is easier to use than traditional knobs, multifunction keys and switches featured on most loop calibrators. An internal 24 volt loop supply is available in both measure and source, and will convert mA to % flow unlike many other loop calibrators. Outputs have adjustable rates (1 to 599 s) for single-handed loop testing, valve set-up, and slew rate checks. Unit is Hart® compatible as an internal 235Ω loop resistor is menu selectable. This calibrator can maintain a 4 to 1 calibration ratio with the latest instrumentation and the “Fast Set” output feature allows you to set values within 0.001 mA using the arrow keys. In valve mode seating can be checked and the positioner set at 3.8, 4, 4.2, 12, 19, 20, and 21. Calibrations can be performed in heavy industrial environments as this unit is EMC compliant to EN 61326-1.
