3. One winner will be chosen each month at random and notified by e-mail within 5 days of the end of the month in which the name is drawn. If we are unable to contact you by e-mail within two weeks, your entry will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
4. Customers and employees of customers which have outstanding overdue balances owed Davis Instruments are ineligible to participate.
5. By accepting a prize, the winner explicitly grants his/her permission for Davis to post his/her name and company name on Davis.com
